There is a lady on route 14 but you have to go down the stairs and pass students and their teacher to get there go and run around in the grass area near the lady (she does not want to battle you) she wants a CHANSEY to so if you want a AERODACTYL you can trade the CHANSEY with her but that means you are going to spend most of your time trying to catch another one ( it takes a while be patient) you can also find a MINUM there.
