If you have the upgraded pokegear go onto the radio and tap the top right button this will play professor oak's radio show cause it tells you that there has been an outbreak of a certain Pokemon when it says Chansey is on route 13 go to route 13 and find a Chansey but if it is not on the day you listen to the radio check the day after keep doing this until it says Chansey
