Well, what you are going to have to do is take the save files and roms of the games that you and the other person are playing. (Red, Blue, Yellow, ect) Then go ahead and transfer them to your pc. Then you are going to want to find a program that will allow you to link up two emulators and trade the pokemon that you wanted to.
Sorry but there is no way to do it from the phone, I wish you could.. It would be just like the good old days... just wireless lol
