Just eat around 1000 Calories a day.
Eat Healthy Foods.
Plenty or fruit and veg.
Stay off:
Crisps.
Sweets.
Chocolate.
Cafe Foods.
Fatty Foods.
Dairy foods.
Only some milk in tea.
Drink plenty of water.
Dont starve yourself though.
Eat your meat.
Trim off the fat and cook it a healthy way.
Go for long walks once or twice a day, everyday.
You will soon see the pounds fall off.
