30 to 45 minutes if popped, if snorted you feel it so more intensely and immediately, if plugged maybe an hour before effects are felt but when they are hold on for the ride Ecstasy contains many different types of drugs if it contains a lot of heroin it can take longer to take affect but if it contains high levels of stimulants you can start to feel some affects soon and have the rest hit you later
as soon as 20 min, and as long as an hour or so depending on whats in the pill and you stomach content.

No you can't... both lexapro and ecstasy are dealing with the same material in your brain - seratonin. ecstasy brings it levels very high, while lexapro keeps it in a controlled level, so the ecstasy just won't work. not taking lexapro that day is meaningless, as the drug is not effective the same day, it keeps a certain level in your blood (which is why it takes 2 weeks after starting taking lexapro to really feel the effects)
