You have to press ctrl shift and c then when you see a box at the top. Type Testingcheatsenabled on, if you do so you can click the mailbox and it will give you multiple choices. but you have to hold shift while doing this. you can also click on a sim and if you click on a random object. it will give you a choice to delete it. If you have trouble with your house funds type in the box Familyfunds Last name Amount. Or Motherload hope this helps.
