You can't
I asked this one to my self to help people who do ask, on reason you may not be able to download it is if its off a website besides, a winzip website, they may have a function automatically zipping every file including the winzip download... Winzip is used for unzipping thins so a zipped download of winzip would mean you would need winzip to download winzip, if you don't know how to tell if its a zipped file, look at the picture before it says; open, or save. If it shows a blue clamp holding a orange file drawer, it means it is a zipped file, so if you have a zipped file of winzip, its useless, until you use a unzipped winzip to download winzipP.S. try counting how many times i said zip, zipped, unzipped or anything that contained the word zip.
