My opinion of the best game for PS3 is LittleBigPlanet. Because you are able to be creative and make whatever you want to make. You can even make your own character to play with.
One thing I promise you with littlebigplanet is that

Plus its great multiplayer up to 4 people online or offline and you can make levels multiplayer online or offline too.
