1.) Upgrade your fishing rod to gold or silver. Preferably gold.
2.) Buy the energy stuff and stay awake stuff from the doctor's place.
(You must have already earned the bear's trust by giving it honey twice a day)
3.) Go to the goddess pond and fish from 11 pm to 4 am.
Don't get frustrated if you can't find it the first time around. It takes time.
- i am actually improving this answer. There are 3 major fish in the game that are very rare. One is the WoodFish (needed for a rainbow), The King Fish( in ganache mines) in another in the river in Caramel Falls near the hilltop plot.
- The one describes before is the WoodFish, that is located in the Goddess Pond.
- The king Fish is on the 30th floor of ganache mine. It is best to have a gold rod but a silver is suffice. Make sure you have full stamina and that you are awake. It is said that its best to cast your rod near the collums to catch the fish. But besides that you jus have to be patient and keep trying.
The other rare fish is easier to catch. All you have to do is wait for a thunder storm or snow storm and go fishing in the river in the Caramel District. Make sure its the river and not the pond.
