Accessing the grave is very important to an infernity deck, if you can take that away then you have a huge advantage because it'll shut down Infernity Avenger and Infernity Necromancer. Use banishing effects like Macro Cosmos, Dimensional Fissure, and D.D. Crow. Also if they cant empty their hand you'll pretty much have the duel won.

No. Infernity Necromancer has to be on the field to use its effect to special summons other Infernity monsters from the graveyard.
