I must say that I am in that same boat. I am now 3 days late, some light cramping nothing to stop me in my tracks. On a 30 day cycle, trying to conceive our 3rd. Having bloating. I know when AF is coming because the day before and the day of my cramps are so bad I lay in bed and cry with a heat pad. Well no sign of AF, I think she is on vacation! LOL. We had babydancing on my fertile days Sep, 3rd-5th-6th and 9th (tmi!)and so we are hoping!!! I have tested since the 12th and have taken 5 tests total, 3 first responce and 2 equate all negative. My last test was yesterday morning at 3am. I have read some woman don't test positive till the 9th week sometimes and always had negatives. I guess it depends on the hormone levels. My temps have been 99.8 99.9. has not gone down. I wish I knew! I guess it is a wonderful waiting game!
Baby dust to you ( if expecting)
A negative pregnancy test when your period is 3 days late could mean that you are not pregnant, but it's also possible that it's too early for a positive result. Stress, hormonal imbalances, or other factors can also cause a delay in your period. If your period doesn't arrive within a week or if you continue to have concerns, it's best to consult with a healthcare provider for further evaluation.
It is possible to have a negative pregnancy test and still be pregnant if the test is taken too early or if there are issues with the test itself. Additionally, missed periods can be due to factors other than pregnancy, such as stress, hormonal imbalances, or medical conditions. If you suspect you may be pregnant despite negative tests, it is best to consult with a healthcare provider for further evaluation.
It is still possible to be pregnant even if urine tests are coming back negative. If you continue to have concerns, it's a good idea to consult with a healthcare provider for further testing and evaluation.
It is possible to experience heavy bleeding with blood clots during pregnancy, known as a miscarriage or spontaneous abortion. However, it is also common for women to have irregular periods from time to time, which may include heavy bleeding. If you are concerned, it's best to consult with a healthcare provider for a proper evaluation.
Yes, it is possible to have a false positive pregnancy test result followed by subsequent negative results due to various reasons such as a chemical pregnancy, a faulty test, or testing too early or late in the cycle. It is recommended to consult with a healthcare provider for further evaluation and guidance.

Usually four days late is enough time to get a positive test. If the test is negative and your period doesn't start, retest in one week.

You can take a pregnancy test whenever you want but it will not be accurate until your period is about 5 days late. Used earlier may give you a false negative result.
