Every tattoo artist tells you something different... but I kept it wrapped for the first 5 hours.... let it air out.... then for the next 5 nights... wrap it in plastic wrap & ointment... make sure your new tattoo doesnt dry out.
If your studio is big enough you could let them use a space and charge them a certain amount to rent that space. So when they start getting work, you would take a cut from that for booth rental/materials (needles/gloves/ink etc)
There is no such thing. It is part of the entertainment industry. AZ state law may require a business license, but there is no such thing as a tattoo artist license. You can't get certified because there is no schools or classes. Getting certified by the National Safety Council for Bloodborne Pathogens & Cross Contamination is not required, but I would not let someone tattoo me who wasn't certified. This is a health issue. (roll top trash cans, no gloves, reused needles, non-bagged cords, bottles, home made machines etc. are bad signs). Blake Laramie Stigmata Tattoo Since 1995
It may be because the color is coming out of the tattoo. if it bleeded really bad then this will more than likely happen. When your tattoo is scabing do not pull it off or scratch it. Let it fall off its self.
You can shower..you just want to be pretty quick..and not let the tattoo get saturated. No swimming or hot tubs etc for 2 weeks. After your shower, allow tattoo to air dry for 10-15 min, and re apply A&D ointment--THIN LAYERS!!!
not unless hes a skilled tattoo artist that i have seen with my own eyes. and then with pro equipment and sterility etc.
if it were me, and i have seen his tattoos before and how well he does, then i would say go for it =)
If he is a trained tattoo artist and does it regularly, you should be fine. Otherwise, get it done by a professional with a good reputation.
at a tatoo college duhhhhh WRONGG, you have to a find a tattoo artists who is willing to let you apprentice under them, and if you are lucky enough to find someone to let you apprentice it usually takes a while.

It's illegal to drive without a driver's license, so if they get caught, they could be arrested. Your insurance may not cover the car if you allow an unlicensed driver to drive it, so if there's an accident, you will probably have to pay for it. Basically, don't let an unlicensed driver drive your car, even if they are the co-signer.
The parents of the first child. Insurance will not cover this because a policy holder has a duty not to let unlicensed driver have their vehicle, whether a minor or not. The first parents are responsible because they knowingly let their child drive without a license and their kid let an unlicensed drunk driver drive their vehicle.
They may not if there is a clause in the insurance agreement that the insurance will not be paid out in the event that an unlicensed driver is in control
NO. However, let's get this straight. There is no Canadian licensing body that licenses the tattoo artist or certifies him/her to be able to tattoo. There is a school in Toronto, but it is not accredited to my knowledge. The tattoo artists' SHOP must be licensed. This process involves having Health Canada inspect the tattoo shop at least once a year to ensure that they are following Canada guidelines in health and safety (ensuring that the environment is clean, equipment is properly stored, used and sterilized where appropriate; ensure that the proper disinfectants are being used etc... People are quickly mixing up "licensed studio" with a "tattoo license or certification" which are two completely different things. Your shop has to be licensed, but the artist does not.

Better to let a professional do it.
Harry has the words "a tattoo" on his let wrist. & the word "Bare" on his foot.
