There is no such thing. It is part of the entertainment industry. AZ state law may require a business license, but there is no such thing as a tattoo artist license. You can't get certified because there is no schools or classes. Getting certified by the National Safety Council for Bloodborne Pathogens & Cross Contamination is not required, but I would not let someone tattoo me who wasn't certified. This is a health issue.
