There is no such thing. It is part of the entertainment industry. AZ state law may require a business license, but there is no such thing as a tattoo artist license. You can't get certified because there is no schools or classes. Getting certified by the National Safety Council for Bloodborne Pathogens & Cross Contamination is not required, but I would not let someone tattoo me who wasn't certified. This is a health issue. (roll top trash cans, no gloves, reused needles, non-bagged cords, bottles, home made machines etc. are bad signs). Blake Laramie Stigmata Tattoo Since 1995
