For you to lose 10 pounds in 10 days... really it will mostly be water weight. But aiming to lose 10 pounds of FAT in 10 days (a pound a day) requires you to burn an excess of 3500 calories each day.
To start, take your weight in pounds and multiply by 10 and that's how many calories you use to maintain your body on an average day with a weak metabolism (which you will have after starving for a week). Example: 150lbs X 10=1500 calories.
Now if you eat nothing, you will burn 1500 calories a day.
To reach the 3500 calorie deficit you need, you now need to workout to burn 2000 more calories.
Or.. you could each 1000 calories, and work off 3000. How ever you want to mix and match eating and workout to get -3500 for the day.
My suggestion is though to drink a lot.. a LOT of water. 64oz at least. And that will help flush your water weight too.
I mean, if you actually manage to burn 3500 calories in a day for 10 days AND keep up the water intake, you will likely lose more than just 10 pounds. But you might also get very sick. Your body isn't built to handle burning 2000 calories in a workout when its not eating any. And unless you're insanely obese, going past a 1000 calorie deficit is unhealthy.
Just ask yourself if these 10 pounds are worth your life. Good luck.
No.
It depends on what your base calorie need is. A ballpark value is that you lose one pound for each 3500 cals lost. So let's assume that your base need is 1800 cals/day. Means you're losing 600 cals/day or 4200 cals/week through diet alone. Then there's the 2800/week lost through exercise. 4200+2800= 7000 cals Means there's a good chance you'll lose 2 pounds/week. But maybe your base need is only 1500 cals, now you're only losing 2100 cals through diet and 5900 total. Then you won't be losing 2 lbs/week.
Trying to lose 60 pounds in 3 months would be incredibly dangerous and foolish. See a doctor to get into a supervised weight loss program.
Eat healthy and exercise.
It is not healthy to lose 10 pounds in 10 days. However, in order to lose a pound a day, you must burn 3,500 calories.
Doctors don't recommend low calorie diets like that. Doctors say weight loss should not be more than 8 lbs a month.
It's not possible to lose 50 lbs. in 10 days. The safe rate of weight loss, according to doctors, is 1.5 lbs. per week. To try to lose more weight than that would be very difficult and definitely dangerous for health.I'm sorry to disappoint you but it's not possible. You cannot lose 50 pounds of body fat in 10 days by any natural means.
You cannot lose 18 lbs. naturally in 4 days, it is just not healthy. The only way that one could lose this amount of weight would be through surgery.
40 lbs. ÷ 17.5 days ≈ 2.3 lbs/day This is just a mathematical equation; such an undertaking is strongly discouraged.
none
well there are many ways like exercising or a diet and some people use peels but i would say jog daily for about an hour and watch what kind of food you eat to lose as much as you can in 7 days.
Frankly it is very unhealthy to lose even 1 pound in 5 days.
