Cant really say how much you will lose depends on the person ( i no sounds lame but its true) but probably after the first week about 5-15 pounds a week. but when its all lost don't eat a ton slowly start to eat more or your body will be used to the 200 cals and it will come back fast
No, you just need to burn the Extra calories. Like if you need 1500 cals a day and you are taking 1800 the you only have to burn 200 cals, not all of them.

The calorie intake for a child should be approx 1500 cals per day. Remember excersie should be a part of any weight lose program. Do not pay to much attention to the BMI as it can be missleading. I am 5'10 and weigh 200 lbs. but have a fat percentasge of 12%. the BMI index tells me I am obese. The weight I have is muscle.
