As many as the geek wants.
Everbody's calorie intake is different. You should see a dietician who can help you organise your diet for that time and give you advice on what to eat, when to eat and how often.
any thing she wants.
Prob around 1500
it depends on her weight but im saying around 1500 if she wants to loose weight about a thousand but if she excersises 3 to 5 timez a week then she should be taking in 2000 calories
Because a big person has more cells, that need all together more energy to function. Therefore the energy intake for a big person, who only wants to keep tatus quo, is greater. If that person wants to loose weight and consumes less calories, then the body will burn fat, and more for this person , as the big person has more cells crying out for food...
A fifteen year old teen should be eating at least 1400 calories but if she wants she is able to intake at minimum 1200 caliries a day. Its possible!!!!
She should be eating about 1,600 calories a day. To still maintain a healthy level, about 1,000 to 1,200 caloires for a low-calorie diet is pretty good.
reduce calories to 1100 a day and try to get at least three hours of cardio in a week (anything that makes you sweat like runnng, walking uphill, swimming vigerously) that sort of thing can definatly help you loose weight
a normal amount, but just do a lot of exercise
08-80
because it wants to
