There isn't a way you can get rid of it. that is swelling from the piercing.
It may be many things. If it hurts, seeps, oozes or bleeds then it's an infection of some kind, or swelling and the best way to deal with that would be salt water soaks (boiling water + half teaspoon of sea salt allowed to cool to warm water, soak your piercing in it for a few minutes twice a day.)
However, if there's no pain or discharge then it's probably scar tissue which is slightly harder to get rid of, changing the jewellery to something better fitting can help. If the scar is around a ring or other curved jewelry, switch to something straight, like a barbell. If it's on an industrial, put individual jewelry in each piercing. Consult your piercer for jewelry changes in unhealed piercings. Other solutions can be cammomile tea bag compresses (soak in warm water, hold to the piercing twice a day) or massaging with vitamin E oil.
try to put tee tree oil on it
A bump is a reaction to your cleaning agent, stop using it and look at the related links for more help with your issue.
A bump around your dimple piercing is the body guarding the piercing, the surrounding tissue toughens as the piercing heals. This will ease off as the piercing heals, ensure you are rinsing the piercing daily under running water (best done in the shower after shampoo and conditioner as these tend to irritate the piercing). Should you have serious concerns contact your body piercer and let him/her have a look at it.

Clean it for 7-10 days and if that doesn't work go see a doctor
If you have more than one piercing on your left ear....Lets say three or four, there will be a bump, it's natural. As for the headaches, just take some asprin/tylenol because it most likely means that your ear is hurting, but it feels like your head is hurting.
Ear cartilage piercing, yes and................
Ear piercing is normally done in commercial centres in piercing shops.
When I went back to my piercing place where I got my cartilage pierced, they told me the lump was due to me sleeping on the pierced ear. They told me from now on try not to sleep on that ear as the lump is due to the pressure of your earring pushing up against the skin. To get rid of a cartilage piercing bump: 1) All you have to do is buy some aspirin and then use one tablet and crush it (into eg a bowl). 2) Then add a tiny bit of cold water. 3) Then mix it together and it should turn into a sort of paiste. 4) Then apply this onto the cartilage bump, using a cotton bud or something. (but try not to get it on any other part of your skin). 5) Keep doing this once a day everyday until the bump dissapears. Mine took me three days to go.
