I lost 7 pounds and im 11 years old. First you should really tell yourslef if you want to, then ASK A DOCTOR. Then i think you should run more, become athletic, eat more healthy food, stop eating junkfood and stop looking at yourself like a fat person, thay makes you fatter, or to skinny so that you need hospitalizing
