No, they are a supplement, not a prescription medication and as such, they are not actually proven to do anything.
There are prescription medications that can help, but you also have to follow a proper diet and exercise routine. There is nothing that is actually going to help you lose weight, while you lay in bed and snooze..........though it would be nice!
No
what are domias, sleeping pills? They dont work, if i do go to sleep it might be for an hour then im awake again
Sleeping pills that work real good are tylenol P.M.
im an atheist, but don't you only pray at church and before you go to sleep? that wouldn't really take away from school work. and school is easy.
Well you do not have to be 18 to buy coffee. I really do not suggest buying caffeine pills, they are known for causing cases of insomnia. Try to get on the right sleep. If you cannot go to sleep try reading, drinking tea, if that does not work got to a doctor.
yes
hell no that stuff doesnt work. its really unhealthy actually.
No growth pills for height do not work. If you have an underdeveloped pituitary gland your doctor may give you growth hormone shots that stimulate growth.
What I do is take deep breaths and count to ten. If this doesn't work, and you've done every thing you can, use sleping pills.
They will not be harmful, they will either still be good or if they really are expired they will simply not work or not work as well as they used to.
no. well, they aren't really happy pills. they are placebos. they're sugar pellets that you take. when you take them your brain thinks its working so you get strangely happy
