I suggest for non members: lesser demons as you can get good drops while getting good exp. Members: pest control is a great way of getting exp, and one of my favs to train defence on is cyclops in warriors guild. I have stopped that though and now into pest control. You should check it out.

yes, there is one named evlarg that you slay for the dragon slayer quest, however you can only slay the dragon once. If you are looking for a challenge in F2P go for lesser or greater demons (if you are super high level then go after cockroach soldiers but don't attemt this if you are low or medium level. When i killed elvarg it came back so i think you can kill it again and again but it is more dangerous and is also not as good xp as greater demon however greater demons are only found in lvl 23 wildy in the volcanoe to my knowlage. It is probably best to just kill the greater or lesser demons
