for non members lvl 53 ice giants that can be found northeast of falador in some caverns or if your a member lvl 50 Spiders on the 3rd floor of the stronghold or greater demons lvl 90.
Cows and chickens.
Recommending monsters to kill is impossible without knowing your primary goal for killing (such as for experience or money) and your combat level. There are thousands of possible monsters to kill.
It is a good way to make money if you are good at it. It is not a particularly good way to gain experience points in combat compared to training on monsters, because you can only fight players who are fairly close to you in combat level (this is even more problematic if you are a strength pure and are fighting a balanced player or one with very high defense).
In my opinion, defence for higher levels is not that hard, but takes time. Attack and strength are good to raise. I recommend training all of them.
A good location to train in RuneScape is at the Grotworm Lair, where players of all levels can choose the appropriate Grotworm creature they want to kill. The large grotworms located in the bottom level of the dungeon provide the best rewards and experience rates though, and are also good for training Ranged and Mage attacks.
Flesh crawlers are medium level monsters found on level 2 of the Stronghold of Security. They are considered good training for players with combat levels of 35-60+.
By training on monsters like dagannoths, bandits, or fire giants with a good weapon like an abyssal whip, or a dragon weapon like a dragon scimitar.
fight my monster, runescape, moshi monsters, binweevils.
For specific RuneScape monsters, check online guides - they tend to be pretty good. Apart from the guides on the RuneScape website itself, there are guides at runescape.wikia.com, tip.it, and others.
Mystic armour is good and cheap
Cows and chickens.
Soul wars and the mage training area.
yes at http://www.tip.it/runescape/ it has item prices, quests (mems/non mems), monsters, skill calculators, skill guides, minigame guides, guilds, and much more. "This site will be allot of help" It helped me to get where i am today (a lvl 136) Good luck in runescape!!! :) A hill6* runescape fan for life ;)
what i would do is just go down to the 3rd floor and go into the level 80's room. they are pretty good training, and some of the hardest monsters in f2p. i cant think of any more LOL

A good place to train would be lvl 50 spiders in the stronghold of security they auto attack you so all you have to do is eat.
Yews are good for training, but the time it take to cut depends on your wc level.
