you get a staryu in 1 islands.... surf south(next to the port from which you came outside) and use the super rod on the second rock a few times and you get a staryu I got my staryu in the very first try... now i have 3 starus in only 6 tries ...... so i know it'll work.. and also...use a water stone on it to get a starmie! hope i helped! if you want more Pokemon locations..JUST ASK ON WIKI ANSWERS..ALL OF US ARE AVAILABLE
