U do not find him, u find his grandson (whatever u named him) in a hole in the wall. A crack in the wall shows where it is. U also need to have a Pokemon that knows metronome,strength,and cut and no other moves. There is a guy that will help u forget moves next to kogas gym u have to beat the elite four, get the legendary birds,Deyoxes,Ho-oh,and lugia to find him and the Pokemon needs to be lvl. 50 or more. whew, my hand hurts right now i am still trying to beat the elite four with Blastoise lvl 60,zapdos l. 52, moltras l. 52, articuno l. 50, arbok l. 55, and wezzing lvl. 58. Whew, my rival just ****ing whipped me for the thirtenth time.... gosh i suck.............. Dude I am SO starting over.......
