If you're asking if you can use a European power supply (220-250V or whatever it says) in an Xbox360 that you bought in the U.S. then the answer is definitely "Yes." I recently moved to the Netherlands, with my US Xbox360 in tow, and all I had to do to get my Xbox working over there was to buy a European power supply that could handle the 230V input. Other than the regular problems associated with the 360 (Insert Disc error in my case) the thing works fine. Alternatively, you could buy a step up/down converter box that will transform the electricity coming out of the wall into the appropriate format.
