Yes, they will. You can get an Arceus from any Toys R Us store from November 7th to November 15th. You will have to have beaten the game and you must have the National Pokedex to get him, since you will be getting the actual Pokemon, and not an item to find him. They should have instuctions at the stores on how to download Arceus. Enjoy!
you cant

no action replay codes do jack squat in friend battles but in the actual game u can take cp trainers Pokemon
Master CodeIPGE is the game ID. The actual code is the second part.IPGE-2D5118CA
Don't think that posessing an Arceus will make you a fugitive. This only means that Arceus isn't quite an actual Pokemon.
There is no actual "strongest Pokemon", but if I had to decide it would be Arceus and Mew.

yes, there is, but i don't know the actual code, you could try searching it on google though
You cannot actually type the cheats in the actual game, you have to have an action replay or i-cheat (the only cheat cartriges that i know of, there are probably more)
you cant
There are two ways known so far- 1-get the azure flute by cheating with action replay IN POKEMON DAIMOND OR PEARL, then go to spear pillar,(in the daimond/pearl game you cheated. There is an about 70% chance you'll destroy your game if you cheat platinum) use the azure flute as soon as you get in, and a golden staircase will appear. Arceus is at the top. if you can catch it, use a friends D.S to trade arceus to platinum. of course, you can always trade with an actual friend to get arceus. I have 3,one on platinum, and two on daimond. one I got from a friend and the others from the method below- 2- gamestop locations or TRU(toys r us) stores may send you a mystery gift which could be an arceus or an azure flute. Right now(february 4, 2010) there is a shiny speicial pichu available at gamestop(ending february 14th,2010) through this method. Check pokemon.com or the actual stores for more info. Note-the arceus event passed from TRU a while ago. either it will happen again an gamestop, or an azure flute will be available. Pokemon Heartgold or Soulsilver versions may have a way to get arceus. mabie if you trade with those games you can get one! (the shiny pichu is meant to trade into heartgold or soulsilver to catch a spiky eared pichu in those games at ilex forest. THE Arceus from the event was also meant for the ability to capture a Giritina Dialga and Palkia)
No, you're Pokemon do not walk with you in Pokemon Platinum. The only actual way to get them to follow you is in Amity Square, which is where you can stroll with a certain amount of Pokemon. This includes all starters and stages, Happiny, Drifloon, and more.
if you go to spear piller and get to the distorstinion world
Yes Pokemon Platinum is a real game. It is not a screw up of some other game. And it is made by Nintendo it is not customized
a wonder spot is an actual machine. they are part of Nintendo events. they send the items needed to get special Pokemon, (like darkria, arceus, and shamin) to ur game
