Yes, they will. You can get an Arceus from any Toys R Us store from November 7th to November 15th. You will have to have beaten the game and you must have the National Pokedex to get him, since you will be getting the actual Pokemon, and not an item to find him. They should have instuctions at the stores on how to download Arceus. Enjoy!
