Right, first type in boolprop testingcheatsenabled true. hold down shift and click your sim. then find spawn, and click tombstone of L&D. if your sim is already pregnant do ' speed up my pregnancy or if not, click on get pregnant with (the sim you to get pregnant with) you should hear a lulaby, then do speed up pregnany, hope i helped :)
