Yes there is a cheat to make your female sims have the baby quicker. First you do boolprop testingcheatsenabled true. Next you go to Tombstone of L&D. Then you click More, and there should be an action that says speed up my pregnancy. You click on that and your sims should have the baby in about 2 minutes max.
