it might be a problem with the dowload try redowloading it. if that dosint work try emailing the website for suport.

You should re-install Minecraft, this may fix the issue.
If the Mojang screen doesn't load and it just goes black, then either your mods are incompatible with each other or with the game. Check all your mods are up to date and try installing them again with either Modloader or Forge. If you are not using any mods try forcing Minecraft to update before you Log in.
How did the texture pack "mess it up"? Doesn't it work to open Minecraft or is there anything in the game that doesn't work? Be specific when you ask a question. Anyway, you can try to delete the texture pack files from the Minecraft folder. If it still doesn't work, you should uninstall Minecraft and download and install it again. You can download Minecraft as many times as you want once you have bought it.
to fix the everlasting loading screen on the R4 DS, get an earlier version of the software. I found a file called English-1.12 which when loaded fixes the loading problem.

this can be done by booting into the bios when the device is first loading up (not the operating system loading screen)
