it might be a problem with the dowload try redowloading it. if that dosint work try emailing the website for suport.

How do you install the latest version of minecraft?
When you enter the main menu screen/load screen there is an options bar under the username /password boxes if you click this a pop-up will come up and you click "force update" and it will make sure that it will be running the latest version of minecraft that is available to the public from Mojang.

to fix the everlasting loading screen on the R4 DS, get an earlier version of the software. I found a file called English-1.12 which when loaded fixes the loading problem.
