A) you make a bookshelf by putting wooden planks along the top and bottom of the crafting, and books in the middle
B) To make an enchantment table you need to line the bottom with obsidian, and one in the middle, either side of the middle piece of obsidian is 2 diamonds, and a book above the centre obsidian
To enchant, you need to be at least LV1. e.g. for a lv2 enchant, you need to be lv2.
