You can enchant items with an Enchanting Table.
You can enchant bows, swords, picks, axes, swords, and all pieces armour.
Use an anvil in creative mode.
first you must get a bow. craft it with sticks and string on a crafting table stick=s string=t empty slot=e E S T S E T E S T you must aquire an enchantment table and at least 8 bookshelves. check a different page for how to set up the enchantment table with the bookshelves you must use 18+ levels of experience points to get the enchantment "flame" on a bow. put the bow in the enchantment slot and pick any of the 3 enchantments above 18 levels. because flame is a rare enchantment so you might need to enchant multiple bows to get that enchantment you have a 10%-15% chance every time you enchant a bow. once you have the bow with flame on it, all arrows that you fire from that bow with be ignited. another way you can do it is enchanting a book which you will need 14+ exp levels. now don't be decieved by those numbers because the book only has a 1.5% chance of getting the flame enchantment on a book. if you get a book with the flame enchantment on it you must get an anvil.(see another page for information about the anvil) put the bow in to the first slot and put the enchanted book in to the second slot. it will cost you 6 exp levels to add the enchantment. it will cost more then 6 levels if you have more enchantments prior to adding flame to the bow. enjoy lighting stuff on fire :) (feel free to edit this if you think i missed anything)
As of the latest update, you do not need XP levels to be able to enchant in creative. That's because you can't gain levels in creative anyway.

Without modding, there is only a regular bow in Minecraft. That is, three sticks in a sideways V and three string in a vertical line on the opposite side of the crafting table. You can enchant bows to add different effects, but there is only one craftable bow.
