OK heres what i did,the moment the cut scene ends you see that tank directly in front of you? go under it,equip the solid eye switch to night vision then pull out a rifle i used the SVD, wait for her to appear, until that happens you can shoot down the frogs..it shouldn't take long for her to pop up though cause she'll be looing for you as well.
but if you have a hint that shes around, you'll see somthing blue flotng around witha Chinese letter on it, that's the sad symbol(her symbol) follow it with your rifle! you'll see her open up her hatch and aim her rail gun, when she dose so,aim for her head and keep shooting like crazy! it'll take alarge amount of HP from her. she should be down in no time if you do it right. there are many ways to kill her but in my opinion i think this is the easiest way,you just have to a tad bit patient.
First kill kim. when he's on the ground, take out your syringe and stand next to his head. When he gets up, CQC him, then press triangle. Then Raiden will kill him for you :)
Once you beat the beauties in their big 'suits' and you have to re-kill them in normal form use a gun that uses tranquilizer rounds to knock them out
The only way you can disown a wolf is to kill it.
you dont
it makes you have unlimited ammo

The most straightforward method to defeat Crying Wolf in Metal Gear Solid 4 is with sniper weapons. As you may have noticed, the snowstorm makes it virtually impossible to see anything unaided during the boss battle. As such, equip the Solid Eye and change it to NV (night vision) mode. This will allow you to see the body heat of Crying Wolf as well as the Haven Troopers. Also keep Muna equipped in the item window, as on harder difficulties, your Psyche level will drop rapidly due to the low temperatures. If you are going for a non-lethal kill, equip the Mosin-Nagant, it's the only non-lethal weapon that can engage Crying Wolf at these distances. Climb onto either of the Communication Towers, as this will give you a better vantage point, as well as keep you from getting trampled by Crying Wolf when she starts running around. Also, keep an eye on the wind direction the corner to make sure she can't smell you, although this can only be done with the Solid Eye unequipped. If you don't need to non-lethally defeat Crying Wolf, any sniper rifle will do, although I recommend the M82A2, Railgun, or DSR-1, as these deal a great deal of damage with little dropoff in power and accuracy at long ranges. When using the Solid Eye, you will be able to see Crying Wolf easily when she opens the back of her shell to use her Railgun. Use this opportunity to shoot her. Once either her Life bar or Psyche gauge is depleted, you have beat her. All that's left is the Crying Beauty portion of the battle.

It is possible, but the wolf is more likely to win.
NO unfortunately Hideo Kojima has repeatedly announced he wouldn't be making a sequel to MGS4
MGS4 stands for Metal gear solid 4 itz a PS3 game
no itz not
yes a pitbull could kill a wolf but it would have to be weak so it would be easier to kill it
