Currently, there is one for Diamond/Pearl, Platinum, and HeartGold/SoulSilver. Each one is for that game(s) only. You can check regularly to see if it is upgraded. Currently, Pokesav for HeartGold/SoulSilver has a problem. If you were to edit a Pokemon, it would say only Diamond/Pearl/Platinum locations, however, the Japanese version has changed locations.
