To be honest it is up to your parent but games like theese do have a rating of 18+ / 15+ for a reason.
Personally, I don't think a 12 year old thinks about doing theese things in real life and personally I don't think anyone would unless they were messed up inside before playing the game.
I believe it's called call of duty 2 big red one. I own it
Largely, it depends on the standing of the parents on whether or not their 9 year old should play Call of Duty or not. It should also be noted that the modern Call of Duty series is rated "M" for Mature 17+. This rating is not posted on the original Call of Duty, Call of Duty 2, Call of Duty: United Offensive, or Call of Duty 3 - in which are rated "T" for Teens.
That actually depends on how good/fast your laptop are. You should be able to install and play, but it might lagg.
I believe Treyarch have released a statement saying that there will be Zombies in Call of Duty: Black Ops. Whether they are vietnamese, I don't know..

duty call
you should be-able to.
CALL OF DUTY.
Call of Duty Call of Duty 2 Call of Duty: Finest Hour (sort of a console port) Call of Duty 2: Big Red One (sort of a console port) Call of Duty 3 Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Call of Duty 5: World At War Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Call of Duty Black Ops This does not include DS, Wii or PSP ports. I believe that makes 9.
Vista should run the latest games with the proper hardware so it should be able to run Call of Duty 2, of course you may not have the required drivers or hardware and may need to upgrade.
You should buy either Call of Duty Black Ops, or Modern Warfare 1.
