Afterward, you can access the Rocket Hideout in Mahogany Town by using the SecretPotion to wake up the sleeping Snorlax blocking Route 40. Inside the hideout, you will battle your way through Team Rocket grunts until you finally confront Giovanni. Defeating him will thwart Team Rocket's plans and allow you to progress in the game.
