Well, flygon evolves from vibrava at level 45, and vibrava evolves from trapinch at level 35 ( I think! ) but good choice for flygon, I hav one and it lt's one of my best. You can catch a vibrava at route 228, with a pokëradar, I think there will be sandstorms there, or you can get one from the GTS (global trading station) don't be stupid and but a rubish Pokemon up though or you'll have no chance or getting one.
