If you mean a pet dog, this is what you do: First, you buy two shovels. (you can only get the shovel from Nook 'N Go, Nookway, or Nookingtons, etc. Next, you bury one of the shovels and keep it there for EXACTLY 24 hours. After the 24 hours, dig the shovel up, and it will be golden! Then, right after you dig the golden shovel up, go to your main sleeping room and press B. You will find a dog somewhere in that room. PS:By main sleeping room, I mean the room with the phone, and where you save.
