Talk to Roy. If you have a piece of valuable furniture and want to make money but don't want to sell the item, well this cheat is for you! Talk to Roy, go to 'sell item', and when it gives you the answer wheither to sell the item or not, click 'No'. Do this about five or six times and on the final time say 'Yes' you will receive the money that you would get for selling it, but you will still have the furniture.
