After you're in the game, go to Pal Park, and you can re-catch all of the Pokemon you chose to transfer(if you transfer any sea Pokemon, take a Pokemon who can surf, you'll need it). If you don't catch one, don't worry, you can try for again at another time, they will hold it until you catch it.
