How do you catch regigigas in Pokemon Platinum?

Catch Regigigas!! Despite of it's enormous size, Regigigas is very weak Lv1. Attack it only with Pokemon Lv3-4, and inflict confuse on so it damages it's self instead. His moves are Dizzy punch,Knock off, Confuse ray, and Foresight. His ability is : Slow start.

Step 1. To catch Regigigas,you'llneed to bring Regirock, Regice, and Registeel with you to the temple. These Pokemon are not available in Pokemon platinum-you must catch them in your GBA games instead and port them to your pal park.

Step 2. A young woman will stop you from entering Snowpoint Temple on your first visit to Snowpoint City. Come back once you've obtained the National Pokedex, and then Candice will run up and grant you access-you're a choosen one now!

Step 3. Slip and slide you'r way across the icy floors down to B5F and examine the statue of Regigigas in the middle. If you have the other three Regis in you'r party, the statue will come to life and drawyou into a battle!

i do not get it! on YouTube it says that you need regigigas to capture all 3 regis and in the temple it says that you need all 3 regis to make regigigas come to life. i do not get it! can someone help!?

Actually, you do not need all three Regis. All you need is to complete the Sinnoh Dex and beat the Elite Four. I got down to the basement of the Snowpoint Temple not expecting to find anything (because I didn't have the three Regis) but I found Regigigas. As for catching it, you should read the other person's advice. I just used a Master Ball (I traded it from Pearl, which I also have). Hope this helps!
