How do you get to maylene in Pokemon diamond?

this is what to do: there is 3 rows with 2 pits on each row with trainers in 4 of them (they use mostly fight and psychic)

I'm going to take this step by step

first, go in the first pit in front of you and push the plate (or whatever you wanna call it) to the left

go back up, then go between middle row and left row and push the second plate to the left.

when that's done, go to the left of the left row and walk all the way up to the last plate, and push it to the right.

then go back to the first pit in middle row and up between those two pits, so you can push the plate to the left

When that's done, go on the plate's track and up between the last middle one and push that plate

after that, go back down and to the left of the left row and push back the first plate you pushed

now, you can walk through the left row pits all the way to the end and to the right is a plate past the middle row, push that on place, and you are half the way!

now, go back to and to the right row, down the first pit, and push that plate.

after pushed the plate, don't go back up same way, but continue to next pit and push that plate too

now go back and between middle and right row, and push the plate that is between first and second pit in right row

go up between middle and right pit and push the other plate there too

go down and to the right side of right pit and push back the plate between the pits in right row again

continue up on the right side of right row and push the last plate to the left

now, you go up the right row and to the left and push the last plate

now, the only thing left, is to go down and walk all the way up to Maylene
