At the start of the game after choosing your Display Settings a prompt asks if you want the "Strong language and graphic content." Click yes or no. There is currently no option to turn off the killing/maiming.hes right
when you start the game a message appears and it should say if you would like to turn off the bad language and that lot. If you miss it you should be able to do it in the options.

No, you cannot. If you turn off graphic content then the swearing will automatically be filtered. If you don't, they will swear and there will be more graphic content. It's a package deal.
