26 ultra balls and about 10 dusk balls with lvl 65+ pokemon
Beat her more times or capture Giratina on the Spring Path in the back of Turnback Cave. Or go find Buck and then go to the end of Stark Mountain to capture Heatran. For Giratina get Ultra Balls and for Heatran get Dusk Balls or Ultra Balls. Have FUN!!
A master ball is a great choice always but personally I would recomend to save it for later. Some other good options are using ultra and dusk balls. You can also try your luck and use great balls (I wasted 4 pokeballs and 7 greatballs on catching my Giratina).
i catch them with poke'balls,ultra balls,time balls,premeir balls,all kinds,but that's me....................
yes but you need 50 ultra balls
you 1st get about 50 ultra balls then you save before giratina then you get giratina down to a low level then you keep throwing ultra balls till you catch it if you have no ultra balls turn the power off and do that till you catch him oh! and u might want to chuck some timer balls in there

Level 70.I recommend using ultra balls to catch heatran. If you want to catch giratina you have to use your master ball or dusk balls.
I don't think so. I tried and it didn't work I suggest using dusk balls, that how I got it.
i got it down to 1hp and put it to sleep. then throw ultra balls. (you can throw dusk balls but they work better at night.)
it takes at least thirty i caught mine with a ultra ball but before i did that i lowered its health to almost red at the end of yellow use a few dusk balls and great balls before using ultra balls
Using dusk balls at night tend to work the best. But if you get it to sleep, an ultra ball can work too.
You have to go to turn back cave, through the Spring near Veilstone city. It only has a catch rate of three, so bring lots of ultra balls, or a master ball if you have it.
There is not a definite number of Pokeballs needed to catch any Pokemon. The only factor which discerns whether you catch a Pokemon or not is the chance. The chance you will catch even a very weakened Giratina with a Pokeballs is EXTREMELY low. Ultra balls are heavily reccommended.
when in spear pillar(the heart of mt cornet) you go through a little scene and you are dragged in the Distortion World, Giratina's dimension. you go through obstacles and you battle/ catch Giratina. i would highly recomend dusk, premier, ultra, great or timer-balls to catch Giratina if you want to save your masterball
Pack up on a lot of ultra balls and dusk balls and have a Pokemon that will paralyze, put it to sleep or freeze but not poison or burn they don't help you. Keep attacking it with weak attacks and obviously save before you battle it. I caught mine with an ultra ball
well you can do anything you want realy. But if you haven't caught Giratina Then u can catch him at spring path Which is on rout 214. If u want to catch him be sure to bring alot of dusk balls. i caught giratina with 2 ultra ball's :)
