Can a monster be destroyed by battle when it's effect says that it cant be destroyed by a monster with 1900 attack and it is face down?

The monster (Obnoxious Celtic Guard) will flip face-up at the beginning of the Damage Step, meaning that its protective continuous effect will be active during Damage Calculation. It will therefore still be safe from monsters of 1900ATK or more, just the same as if it was attacked while face-up.

No, it only works if wall of illusion is attacked, even if wall of illusion is destroyed after being attacked the effect still activates.
