Devinthere is no such thing as a double mangekyou sharingan............if u mean an eternal mangekyou then it is obtained my plucking mangekyou eyes from ur brother or sister and imlanting them in ur eyes in place of ur own mangekyou..........then u obtain a combintaion of both the mangekyou..........this mangekyou is eternal and is much stronger than the normal one...........and unlike the normal mangekyou the user doesn't get blind after overuse ..........and will remain forever..........
