No, Sasuke has now obtained the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, by transplanting his dead brother Itachi's eyes. One ability of the Eternal form is that the user will never suffer blindness from overuse.

-Kakashi was given the sharingan by Obito Uchiha, who died by being crushed by a boulder. Obito Gave the/his sharingan (his eye) to Kakashi as a gift for becoming Jonin. Kakashi needed the eye because 5 or more minutes earlier he got scraped in the eye with a kunai knife. Obito gave Kakashi his(obito gave to kakashi his) Sharingan as a gift for becoming Jonin, AND because he was dying.
-Sasuke has the Sharingan because he is from the "Uchiha clan" so he inherited it from his father, wich also had the Sharingan because he is from the "Uchiha family/clan" .
Hope this helped =],

Copy Ninja Kakashi and Kakashi of the Sharingan
yes......
Kishimoto said Kakashi Chronicles would start from the beginning were Kakashi was an Academy Student to Kakashi having the Sharingan.
Kakashi tears off poor Deidara's arm by using a type of Sharingan called Mangekyo Sharingan. He tried to remove Deidara's head :C but Deidara knowing what Kakashi was doing moved and kakashi only got Deidara's arm :D :(
I think its when Sakura,Naruto and Sasuke were fighting Orochimaru. And in some frustated moment, Orochimaru quickly bites Sasukes that gave him the CURSE MARK aka MANGEKYO SHARINGAN. They didn't make the episode yet but he gets it and kills Itachi before Itachi pulls out his eyes, but first Itachi transfers all his jutsus he know then drops dead. At the end of episode 141, it shows Sasuke looking that the sun with his mangekyou sharingan.
