What is Soul Eater about?

It's about a school run by a grim reaper that teaches kids and weapons (the weapons can transform into human forms) how to eliminate keshins, or evil human souls. The Mai characters are Human Maka (perfect student) and her weapon Soul Eater (he is usually focused on looking cool), Black Star (self obsessed but good hearted) and his weapon Tsubaki (a kind heated girl), and Death the Kid (the head grim reaper's son, he also happens to be obsessed with symmetry) and his weapons Liz and Patty. Eventually a witch named Medusa appears and they have to go kill her. It's better than it sounds and it's definitely my favorite anime :D
