Well there is Stein and Medusa a tiny bit. Spoiler: They almost kiss. Soul and Maka have a slight tiny bit of romance with them dancing and then in manga they hold hands to its leaning towards Maka and Soul getting together.

There is No Love in Soul Eater. there's just this partner trust/love in there.

The only love connection in Soul Eater is between Stein and Medusa, mostly during the dance scene in episode 18, when Medusa confesses her love for him and almost kisses him.
