Look at the number of calories you eat in a day and reduce it by ten to fifteen percent. And exercise! It doesn't have to be boring; jog or speed walk when you're walking someplace, dance to your favorite music, take the stairs instead of the elevator, and park at the back of the parking lot. The key to losing weight is to burn more calories than you take in, but starving yourself will only backfire on you. I've been doing exactly what I've put down, and I've lost twenty pounds in the last three months without even really trying.
Or, if you really want to starve yourself, then you need to drink coffee, either black or with skim milk, smoke..but only a few per day as to not ruin teeth or fingernails, walk as this is the only exercise you'll have energy for, drink water, throw away any white carbs in your house, throw away all junk food, stock up on fruit, diet pop, and yogurt, aim for 500 calories a day, take vitamins...
